As we close the chapter on 2025, we find ourselves reflecting not just on the numbers and milestones, but on the people, energy, and shared belief that trading relationships can,  and should, be a force for good. 

Our vision is stead-fast: a world where every organization, no matter its size or circumstance has the opportunity to participate in fair, inclusive, and sustainable contracting. This year, that vision felt more alive than ever.  

Looking back on 2025
This year has been defined by scaling our core programs and deepening our global impact, ensuring that opportunity and knowledge are available to all, regardless of size, sector, or geography. Our commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices has resonated worldwide, driving remarkable growth across all our initiatives.

Global Reach: Our flagship World Sustainable Contracting Day (WSCD) attracted 1,619 registrations and involved 16 global partners. Seeing this level of international collaboration reminded us how universal this movement has become.

Empowerment: We saw growing interest and engagement in our Commercial Awareness Program, reaffirming the community’s need for accessible, practical commercial education.

Practical Tools: Our Sustainability Clause Library grew to include over 20 practical sustainability clauses to help businesses embed ESG principles into their contracts. This is a powerful step towards embedding responsible practices into every day contracting.

Inclusion: The Inspiring Women initiative expanded its formidable network to 101 women across 26 countries. Their stories and leadership continue to energize us all.

Collaboration: This year we formed three new partnerships – with The Chancery Lane Project, the Responsible Contracting Project, and Social Traders – demonstrating the shared belief in our vision and mission.

These aren’t just statistics – they represent people leaning into new ideas, businesses taking meaningful steps, and communities choosing collaboration. Together, they form a powerful foundation for a more equitable and sustainable future

We enter 2026 with momentum and with a renewed sense of possibility. Through our flagship events and resources, we will inspire more than ever before. Here’s what’s on the horizon:

Commercial Awareness Program: Our cornerstone educational initiative continues to grow, providing practical, accessible knowledge to empower professionals around the world. Whether you’re just starting your journey in commercial contracting or looking to deepen your expertise, the program will give you the tools you need to operate in 2026. 

World Sustainable Contracting Day (WSCD): Our annual WSCD was a resounding success, serving as an opportunity to pause, reflect, and accelerate action. The event not only brought together thought leaders to explore responsible and ethical contracting but, critically, drove tangible action. An impressive 98% of participants reported that the event inspired them to act, highlighting the power of purpose-driven collaboration.  

In 2026, we’re taking this energy even further. WSCD will evolve into the World Sustainable Contracting Hub, a year-round digital program. This will be a living, connected learning experience, continuously building momentum, sharing insights, and delivering measurable impact all year long.

Sustainability Clause Library: The Library remains a practical, open-access resource for embedding ESG principles into everyday contracts. In 2026, we will continue to expand its collection of sustainability clauses, making it easier than ever for businesses of all sizes to adopt responsible practices. By providing real-world tools, we are helping organizations turn ambition into action, creating contracts that benefit people, communities, and the planet.

Inspiring Women: Our Inspiring Women initiative continues to celebrate exceptional individuals driving positive change across industries. In 2026, we will introduce our new cohort in a live webinar on the 22nd of January, providing a platform to share experiences, insights, and lessons learned. This program is not just about recognition – it’s about building a vibrant, supportive network that encourages women to lead with confidence and impact. Our continued progress in 2025 keeps us firmly on track to reach:

• 500,000 Users engaged annually through webinars, workshops, and online forums.
• 1 Million Hours of free training and educational content provided.
• 25 Global support hubs established to offer localized assistance.
• 25,000 Small and micro-businesses achieving greater economic empowerment.
• An approval rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.0 for free access models and guides.
